Shipping policy

Our domestic orders are typically shipped USPS media mail. Domestic here means the continental United States. International, Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped Global Priority mail unless otherwise noted. The shipping for multiple items to the same address on the same order will be adjusted from that shown on the PayPal invoice. A corrected shipping amount for these orders will be emailed to the buyer for approval before shipping. If a refund is due we will put a company check in with the package for that amount, or send the refund via PayPal upon request. Any orders through the Amazon Associates Program are shipped by Amazon.com and are the responsibility of Amazon.

Returns

You may return defective items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Contact "Sales AT craftyhands.net"  for your return information.
