We have custom packaging made for the speaker enclosures we assemble to ensure they will arrive safely. We have included the costs of these packing materials (double boxed in double thick corrugated material, corner protectors, etc.) in the total cabinet and shipping price. It is not our intention to make any profit on the shipping of your purchase.We use D.B.Schenker for our delivery service. Having tried the other major shippers with damaged products too numerous to speak of, we have found D.B.Schenker to be the most reliable and SAFE way to ship our speakers. Customers are welcome to pick up their products at the shop if that is convenient for them.
